Three-dimensional-software developer Vital Images has signed a technical integration agreement with image management technology provider Stentor, and has also added deals with Mirada Solutions and Medicsight.
Under the Stentor deal, the Plymouth, MN-based vendor's Vitrea 2 software will be integrated with Stentor's iSite PACS network. Current and future Stentor PACS customers will be able to access Vitrea's tools at their Stentor workstations, according to Vital Images and Stentor of Brisbane, CA.
In other Vital Images partnership news, the company has signed nonexclusive strategic agreements with Mirada Solutions of Oxford, U.K., and Medicsight of London, U.K. The new distribution agreement with Mirada expands on an existing relationship between the two firms, and will now allow for Vital Images CT visualization tools to be offered to Mirada's oncology customer base.
With the Medicsight partnership, Vital Images said it would integrate Medicsight's Colon CAR (computer-assisted reader) image analysis software tool into its InnerviewGI CT colon option, and would nonexclusively distribute Colon CAR.
