RIS/PACS vendor Guardian Technologies International of Herndon, VA, will delay the filing of its Form 10-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Guardian said its management has determined that due to certain accounting errors, it will be restating its audited consolidated financial statements for 2003 and 2004, and its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the periods ending March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2004, and the periods ending March 31, June 30, and September 30, 2005.
