Merge's Linden resigns, Mortimore takes helm

Richard Linden has resigned as president and CEO of radiology information technology and advanced visualization developer Merge Healthcare of Milwaukee. Replacing Linden as CEO is Bill Mortimore, the company's chairman of the board.

In other news, the company announced that it is hopeful that its audit committee will complete an investigation into accounting and financial disclosure matters within the next few weeks.
