VIENNA - Swedish PACS and digital mammography developer Sectra has completed the first installation of its new IDS7/dx software at a hospital in Sweden, the company announced at this week's European Congress of Radiology (ECR).
Södertälje Hospital is the first Swedish hospital to go live with the new version, according to the Linköping company. IDS7/dx was launched at the 2007 RSNA meeting and is optimized to handle large datasets such as those produced by multislice CT scanners, according to the company.
