The orders included Albert Lea Chiropractic in Albert Lea, MN; Bland County Imaging Center in Bastian, VA; Campbellton Graceville Hospital in Graceville, FL; Custer County Medical Center in Westcliffe, CO; Gillick Medical Offices in Houston; Maxwell Medical Offices in Big Sky, MT; Family Clinic of Bridgeport, TX; Fort Atkinson Medical Services in Fort Atkinson, WI; Integrity Urgent Care in Colorado Springs, CO; Jurenovich Orthopedic Center in Greenville, PA; McAfee Medical Clinic in Beebe, AR; Peloton Management Group in Park City, UT; Providence Hospital in Columbia, SC; and Sherion Family Practice in Monticello, AR.
