RIS/PACS vendor Infinitt North America has debuted a Web-based, multimodality PACS package for digital mammography, according to the Phillipsburg, NJ-based vendor.
Infinitt Mammo PACS provides screening and diagnostic tools specific to mammography and allows users to read full-field digital mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and general radiographic exams on one workstation, according to Infinitt. It also features contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) and supports a function that downloads the datasets into local computer storage, allowing for faster viewing speeds for mammography images.
