Monitor distributor Double Black Imaging has debuted DICOMetrix, a DICOM image flow and network performance monitoring package, as well as new LCDs, at this year's Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) conference in Seattle.
DICOMetrix helps PACS administrators, directors, and IT staff monitor system performance and alert radiology and PACS support staff about system delays.
The company's Wide P-Series line of LCDs consists of a 2-megapixel monochrome and color, 3-megapixel monochrome and color, and 5-megapixel monochrome LCD for mammography. All monitors in this series include X-Cal calibration software, Double Black Imaging's proprietary package for automatic DICOM calibration and display quality assurance, the Westminster, CO, company said.
