Teleradiology firm Imaging On Call (IOC) of Poughkeepsie, NY, has acquired fellow telerad provider NightVision Radiology of Mayfield Heights, OH.
The deal boosts IOC's roster of radiologists to 31, allowing it to expand coverage hours, according to IOC. The transaction is expected to close by July.
