U.K. health services organization Nuffield Health Diagnostics has acquired teleradiology services provider Medica, also of the U.K.
The resulting partnership will allow Nuffield Health Diagnostics -- part of the charity Nuffield Health -- access to London-based Medica's remote reporting technology. The two organizations said they foresee significant growth opportunities in the self-pay, independent, and corporate healthcare markets.
