Teleradiology services provider NightHawk Radiology Services of Coeur d'Alene, ID, has completed a modified Dutch auction tender offer, the company said.
An aggregate of 2.2 million shares of common stock, representing 7.3% of the company's outstanding shares, were tendered at a price of $8.05 per share on June 13. With the completion of the tender offer, NightHawk will have 28.5 million shares of common stock outstanding, the company said.
