Image management firm Emageon has selected two companies to help it evaluate its strategic options, the Birmingham, AL-based company reported.
Investment banking firms Jefferies & Company of New York City and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey of Atlanta will serve as lead advisor and co-advisor, respectively, Emageon said.
Emageon announced last month that it was pursuing "strategic alternatives" that could include a sale of the company.
