Sybermedica wins UEFA contract for PACSMail

U.K. healthcare software developer Sybermedica said that its PACSMail medical e-mail service will be used in a multinational study on the diagnosis and management of hamstring injuries, according to the Cambridge-based company.

The Union des Associations Européennes de Football (UEFA)'s Medical Committee, based at Linköping University in Sweden, will take scans online from European Champions League clubs; the scans will then be reported to the study's U.K. team of radiologists with an electronic template that has been built into PACSMail specifically for this study.
