Storage management firm QStar Technologies of Mary Esther, FL, has surpassed the 200-installation mark for 2008.
QStar's storage management software is designed to automatically move data between fast-access disk technology and removable archive media.
The technology is based on a hybrid storage structure that allows a medical enterprise's reference data to be managed on available disks, and also provides data protection with offline expansion of archives by moving or copying data to removable media when needed.
