Healthcare information systems firm McKesson of Atlanta announced that it will install its Horizon Medical Imaging PACS at the Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
The Horizon system will replace the facility's existing PACS and be used to manage the quarter of a million imaging procedures performed each year, according to McKesson. Implementation is slated for completion in the first quarter 2009.
