Image management firm Emageon said that its stockholders have voted to approve the firm's proposed merger with Health Systems Solutions (HSS).
The acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction or waiver of remaining closing conditions. A closing date has not yet been set, according to Emageon of Birmingham, AL.
