PACS technology provider AMD Technologies has introduced its Silenio workstation series for medically sensitive areas such as operating theaters, intensive care stations, and emergency rooms.
The Silenio series includes workstations with one or more monitors, and with or without integrated computers, according to the firm. They can be wall- or recess-mounted.
Workstations can be customized from a selection of prefabricated and tested components; monitors in various size and specifications, PC systems, and other components can be assembled into a customized system, AMD said.
