PACS technology developer Accelarad has received an order from Sentara Healthcare for its cloud-based medical image sharing network.
Sentara will use the network for requesting, viewing, sharing, and storing medical images and documents throughout Sentara Hampton Roads' imaging centers and hospitals, according to Accelarad. The not-for-profit integrated healthcare system operates more than 100 sites of care that serve residents in Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.
