Electronic health record firm eHealth Technologies and image viewing software developer Client Outlook have teamed to release eHealthViewer ZF, a new image viewing platform for eHealth's Connect suite.
The Web-based, zero-footprint image viewing platform utilizes Client Outlook's eUnity technology to provide one-click access to diagnostic-quality images from any health information exchange or electronic medical record, according to the vendors. It runs on all browsers and includes image manipulation tools.
A collaboration feature on eHealthViewer ZF also allows multiple authorized caregivers to simultaneously view and manipulate images, eHealth and Client Outlook said.
