Julian Soshnick, a member of the team that established imaging equipment manufacturer Analogic, has died at the age of 71.
Soshnick served the Peabody, MA-based firm as a vice president and was its general counsel. He retired as general counsel in October 2003, continuing to serve as vice president until February of this year.
