GE Healthcare announced it has completed the acquisition of Xcellerex, a manufacturing technologies supplier for the biopharmaceutical industry.
The deal expands GE Healthcare's portfolio of technologies and services for manufacturing biopharmaceuticals such as recombinant proteins, antibodies, and vaccines, and it will help its clients optimize their manufacturing processes, GE said.
