Radiology components supplier Varex Imaging reported an increase in revenue, but the company slipped into a net loss for its 2020 second quarter.
The company posted revenues of $197 million, a 0.5% increase from $195.8 million for the same period in 2019. Revenue from Varex's medical segment increased 4% to $155.4 million, compared with $148.9 million in the second quarter last year.
The company's net loss for the second quarter was $1.9 million, compared with net income of $5.8 million in the prior year's quarter.
