Australian x-ray developer Micro-X has secured a contract for its Rover mobile x-ray system with the Seattle Mariners Major League Baseball team.
The mobile digital radiography system will be delivered immediately from the company's Seattle facility and will be used by the Mariners for the rest of the 2022 baseball season. It offers x-ray capability at bedside, in hospitals, and "on the field," and consists of a rotating articulating arm that makes positioning simple, according to Micro-X.
