Monitor provider Data-Ray has discontinued operations. The Westminster, CO-based firm's parent company, Nippon Chemi-Con, decided to shutter Data-Ray and its medical LCD business, according to a message on Data-Ray's Web site.
Effective August 30, all warranties for LCD displays will be honored through Nippon Chemi-Con's operations in Brea, CA. For CRT sales and service, the Web site refers customers to display provider Z-Axis in Phelps, NY.
