Video-capsule manufacturer Given Imaging of Yoqneam, Israel, said that Menora Insurance, one of Israel’s largest insurance companies, has issued reimbursement coverage for use of its M2A capsule endoscope for direct imaging of the entire small intestine. Menora is the first private insurer in Israel to provide reimbursement for capsule endoscopy for all indications in the small bowel, according to Given Imaging.
