Equipment distributor SourceOne Healthcare Technologies of Cleveland has signed a three-year agreement to provide film, barium, service, and chemistry to 2,200 acute-care facilities and 9,000 clinics that are members of St. Louis-based group purchasing organization MedAssets HSCA. The deal, which began December 1, 2002 and ends November 30, 2005, is worth $40 million in annual sales, according to SourceOne.
