Radiology management firm HealthHelp has contracted to provide its RadConsult radiology management service to Partners National Health Plans of North Carolina. The service requires referring physicians to order imaging procedures through Houston-based HealthHelp’s call center, where HealthHelp staff review imaging orders and decide whether to proceed based on the firm’s proprietary, evidence-based clinical guidelines.
