Imaging services provider Alliance Imaging reported fourth-quarter revenues of $103.6 million, up 8.9% compared with the same period last year. For the quarter (end-December 31), the Anaheim, CA-based vendor had net income of $8.4 million, compared with net income of $4.5 million a year ago.
Alliance had revenues of $412 million for the year, up 9.8% compared with the $375.2 million booked in 2001. The company had net income of $35.9 million, compared with net income of $10.5 million in 2001.
Chairman and CEO Richard Zehner said that Alliance was pleased with its 2002 results, which were achieved even with weak scan volumes during the holiday period.
