Imaging services provider InSight Health Services has acquired the majority of the assets of CDL Medical Technologies’ mobile imaging business. The purchase included 14 MRI units, four PET systems, three CT systems, and one lithotripsy unit, according to InSight of Lake Forest, CA.
The mobile systems operate in Ohio, Connecticut, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. CDL of Wexford, PA, will continue to offer nuclear medicine services on a stand-alone basis, according to the companies.
