Imaging services provider Radiologix reported second-quarter service-fee revenue of $65 million, down 9% from the $71.5 million posted in the first quarter a year ago. For the period (end-June 30), the Dallas-based firm had net income of $276,000, compared with net income of $4.8 million last year.
Radiologix said its business has stabilized compared to its previous three fiscal quarters. The firm adjusted its cost structure to better match its revenue stream, reviewed vendor relationships, and evaluated its sales and marketing effort, according to Stephen Linehan, Radiologix president and chief executive officer.
