RadNet buys Rolling Oaks Radiology

Imaging services provider RadNet of Los Angeles has acquired the Rolling Oaks Radiology imaging centers in Thousand Oaks, CA, for approximately $5.9 million in cash and the assumption of approximately $5.9 million of debt.

The practice consists of two centers that offer a combination of MRI, CT, PET/CT, mammography, ultrasound, and x-ray. Rolling Oaks Medical Group has five radiologists who staff the two facilities.

RadNet estimates that the acquisition will add approximately $9 million annually to the company's revenues.
