Imaging services provider InSight Health Services of Lake Forest, CA, posted a drop in sales and a net loss in its first quarter (end-September 30), the company said.
Revenues decreased 6.9%, from $67.8 million for the three months ended September 30, 2007, to $63.1 million for the same period in 2008. InSight sustained a net loss of $7.2 million for the period in 2008, compared with a net income of $188,000 for the same period in 2007.
Fixed-site revenues decreased 9.2%, from $43.2 million for the period in 2007 to $39.2 million for the current quarter. Mobile operations revenues decreased 2.9%, from $24.6 million in 2007 to $23.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2008, the company said.
