WebMD has promoted WebMD Practices Services president Tom Stampiglia to the post of executive vice president of WebMD. He will now report to WebMD CEO Roger Holstein.
In other announcements, former WebMD Practice Services CEO Mickey Singer has accepted a position as executive vice president, physician software strategies. In this role, Singer will focus on the development and execution of physician software strategies across the entire company and will report to Holstein, according to the Elmwood Park, NJ-based firm.
Singer will also retain the position of head of research and development and chief software architect at WebMD Practice Services, reporting to Stampiglia in this role.
