The American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) has announced that Stephen Clevenger and Jay Mazurowski will receive the AHRA Fellow designation at the society's annual meeting next week in Boston.
Clevenger is radiology manager at Emory Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta, while Mazurowski is radiology administrator at Concord Hospital in Concord, NH. The Fellow designation recognizes "significant contributions" by the recipients to the society, as well as their professional and educational accomplishments.
In other AHRA news, the Sudbury, MA-based society said it will award the AHRA Gold Award to Roland Rhynus. Rhynus is COO and imaging services director of PACSPro in El Cajon, CA. The Gold Award is the highest honor AHRA bestows on its members and is presented to a member who has made significant contributions to the profession of imaging and healthcare administration, according to the society.
