Del gets $8.25 million order from Lithuania

Del Global Technologies said its Villa Sistemi Medicali subsidiary in Milan, Italy has been selected by the Lithuanian Ministry of Health to provide a variety of medical imaging systems over a two-year period.

The first phase of the agreement, to be completed by October 2001, is worth approximately $6.4 million. Contracts are expected to be finalized in the next few weeks, according to the Valhalla, NY-based Del, which values the total contract at $8.25 million.
