Philips Medical Systems has entered into a $50 million strategic alliance with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation (CCF), according to the Bothell, WA-based vendor.
Under the terms of the contract, Philips will be a preferred supplier for medical products and technologies for CCF and its affiliated hospitals and clinics nationwide, and will use CCF as its global reference site. In addition, the developer will carry out research and development in radiology and cardiology in connection with its product plans, Philips said.
