Tufts, HCCS offer resident resource for ACGME competencies

The Tufts Health Care Institute (THCI) has launched an online educational program for medical residents. The Web-based program is designed to train physicians in areas such as Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) general competencies, systems-based practice, and practice-based learning.

THCI, which is affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, collaborated on the program with Health Care Compliance Strategies (HCCS) of Jericho, NY. The project is funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education.
