Mentor lands exclusive contract with HealthTrust

Brachytherapy seed manufacturer Mentor and the HealthTrust Purchasing Group have signed a two-year contract. The Santa Barbara, CA-based Mentor will be the sole supplier of IoGold (iodine-125) and PdGold (palladium-103) brachytherapy seeds, for the treatment of prostate cancer, to HealthTrust, which represents more than 600 facilities in the U.S.
