Rockford Memorial Hospital, a 396-bed facility in Rockford IL, has converted its film-screen systems to Eastman Kodak Health Imaging’s X-Sight L/RA and X-Sight G/RA film for general radiography procedures, The hospital also will use the InSight film line for its chest and pediatric exams. The adoption of the Rochester, NY-based vendor’s film products by the facility has resulted in a significant decrease in patient exposures, according to Rockford chief radiologic technologist, Helen Pearson.
