Contrast injector firm Medrad said it has completed installation of a custom-designed, automated syringe production line that will double its syringe packaging capacity.
Combined with a recently revamped syringe assembly line, the new system will enable Medrad to meet double-digit growth in its annual syringe sales volume, according to the Indianola, PA-based vendor. The new production line will primarily produce CT and MR syringes, according to the firm.
