GE installs first Discovery LS in Canada

GE Medical Systems has installed its first Discovery LS PET/CT system in Canada. London, Ontario-based St. Joseph's Health Care and Lawson Health Research Institute (LHRI) will begin scanning oncology, cardiac, and neurology patients with the system this fall as part of a research program, according to Waukesha, WI-based GE.
