Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA, has opened the Toshiba Education Center.
The $6 million 4,840-sq-ft expansion to the Toshiba Training Academy is designed to provide state-of-the-art classrooms and labs equipped with Toshiba's CT, MR, and vascular products, including the Aquilion, Vantage, and Infinix systems.
Toshiba's technologist training includes a four-day course at the Toshiba Learning Center with clinically qualified instructors and limited class sizes. Phases two and three of the program are conducted onsite at the customer's facility to ensure that classroom knowledge translates into optimum patient care.
