Long Island Jewish/North Shore University Hospital's Harvey Cushing Institutes of Neuroscience in Manhasset, NY, has acquired the portable multislice CereTom CT scanner from NeuroLogica of Danvers, MA.
The scanner is designed primarily for head and neck imaging, and any other anatomy that can be imaged in the system's 25-cm field-of-view.
