BJC buys 5 Siemens CT scanners

Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has taken an order for five Somatom Definition Flash CT scanners from BJC HealthCare in St. Louis.

The scanners will be installed in various facilities throughout BJC, including St. Louis Children's Hospital.

Somatom Definition Flash is designed to reduce radiation dose through its Flash Spiral feature, according to Siemens.
