Imaging equipment provider ImageWorks has reported $19.2 million in sales in its first fiscal year (end-June 30) under new management and ownership, a 13% year-over-year increase compared to sales of $17 million in the previous fiscal year.
Gross profit for fiscal 2010 was $6.6 million, according to the Elmsford, NY-based company. ImageWorks reported adjusted operating income of $60,000, a figure that excluded a gain on the sale of QR Imaging in July 2009.
The company's products, which include the AFP, Dent-X, EVA, and NewTom brands, are installed in more than 100,000 dental and medical facilities, ImageWorks noted. In June, the company changed its name from AFP Imaging to ImageWorks.
