Philips Healthcare Consulting has finished an operational improvement project for radiology workflow with Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA.
Philips Healthcare Consulting provided a data-driven proposal for CT workflow improvement to Lowell General administrators after it examined the hospital's existing radiology workflow and identified areas of improvement, according to the company. After three months of implementing these patient process changes, patient flow through the hospital's CT department improved, Philips said.
