The Joint Commission is asking radiologic technologists (RTs) to complete an online survey in anticipation of the organization's new minimum standards for RTs who perform CT imaging.
The new CT imaging standards published in January did not include minimum technologist requirements because more research was needed, the organization said. The survey is an effort to determine technologists' current qualifications.
The 16-question survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, according to the Joint Commission. Questions may be directed to Joyce Marshall at [email protected].
