Image reconstruction software developer Medic Vision Imaging Solutions has won a contract with a Georgia health network for its SafeCT Enterprise image enhancement software.
St. Joseph's/Candler Health System in Savannah has two hospitals and three outpatient facilities all served by a centralized SafeCT Enterprise system, the company said. The network has eight CT scanners from various vendors, ranging from 16- to 128-slice units.
SafeCT Enterprise improves the signal-to-noise ratio of CT images, helping users achieve low-dose scanning for their entire organization, regardless of the number of scanners and their locations, according to Medic Vision.
