AI radiology software company Qure.ai has won the Japan Smart Healthy Aging Initiative QuickFire Challenge, organized by Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Japan.
For the challenge, the company entered its qER technology, which uses AI-based head CT interpretation software for stroke diagnosis and treatment. The software can also identify large vessel occlusion on noncontrast CT.
Qure.ai will be granted access to the Johnson & Johnson - Innovation JLABS @ Shanghai, as well as mentorship from experts across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. It will also share the $300,000 grant money with other awardees, BrilliantStrings Therapeutics, Kinexcs, and Octotix.
