Digital x-ray developer Swissray International has received 12 orders for its ddR systems in the past 10 weeks, according to the Elmsford, NY-based vendor. Most of the orders were generated by distribution partner Hitachi Medical Systems America.
Sites ordering systems include: USC Medical Center in Los Angeles; Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL (which is networking four systems to a fee-per-use digital image management system from Emageon); Radiology Associates in Ocala, FL; Southern Union Community College in Opelika, AL; and Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, IA.
