Quantum completes two DR installations

Radiology vendor Quantum Medical Imaging of Ronkonkoma, NY, has completed several installations of its digital radiography (DR) equipment, including its new TechVision option.

The installations took place at St. Luke's Medical Center in New Bedford, MA, and Springfield Medical Center in Springfield, VT.

TechVision is an in-room touch-panel control that's mounted directly at the x-ray source tube assembly. TechVision enables tube suspension operation and articulation, while implementation of the panel with a system's DR console enables TechVision to control Odyssey generator exposure parameters in the exam room.
